The Law improves the legislative regulation of the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. In particular: the order of the implementation by the Constitutional Court of the correspondence (non-correspondence) of the Bill on Amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine to the demands of the articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine; the term for the taking a decisions by the Constitutional Court was determined etc.

The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №3414.
